What We Offer.

In recent years, changes to national planning policy has made it difficult to interpret local noise planning policy. We take pride in proactively negotiating this process with a commercial, client-focused approach to secure reasonable and beneficial noise criteria.

With a solid foundation in acoustical theory and access to the most modern noise modelling software, the acoustics team are able to approach planning problems from numerous angles; with securing planning permission being the ultimate goal.

Through this approach we are proud to say that we have a 100% planning success rate.

Our expertise:

  • Construction Noise and Vibration Assessments and Monitoring
  • Plant Noise and Vibration Assessments and Monitoring
  • Road Noise Assessments and Monitoring
  • Outline and detailed Residential/Commercial/Education/Industrial Planning Applications
  • Noise Modelling

OUR WORK

Our Process, for All Acoustics.

Discover

A survey scope is defined in accordance with national and local regulations, key measurement positions are established, and a client-focused assessment identifies all contributing noise sources.

Design

Data collected over a representative period at strategic locations is analysed, charted, and 3D modelled to identify the affected areas, with client-focused mitigation strategies (if needed), simulated for optimal results.

Develop

A comprehensive report is prepared, detailing mitigation strategies (if needed), aligned with local regulations and planning requirements, as agreed with the client.

What Our clients Say.

Dan and his team provide planning reports and advice that is both succinct and knowledgeable. Negotiating the London noise planning requirements can be tricky, but these guys make it simple.
